A 20-year veteran of Abrasive Technology, Namola will lead business development and sales initiatives for the Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) market for the Americas and Canada.

Namola joined the Company in 1986 in an engineering leadership capacity. He is also currently the Process Engineer for Research where he has been actively involved in the development of innovative CMP products. During his tenure with the Company, Namola led the Quality Assurance team that helped AT to obtain ISO 9001 certification and European Medical Device Directive certification (CE mark).

Namola has co-authored several published technical papers and has been involved in AT patents for CMP and medical products. He earned his B.S. degree in Metallurgical Engineering from The Ohio State University.

Ms. Taillefer most recently served as customer service representative for Carbotech (Ganges, France), which Abrasive Technology acquired in January 2006.

Ms. Taillefer graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University. In addition, she holds a degree in Foreign Languages Applied to Business, English and German from Université Paul Valery, Montpellier, France.
