Designed for shaping marble, limestone, sandstone and agglomerated marbles, these P.B.S.® form tools have been manufactured with a very unique plating technology. This P.B.S.® plating process produces a very aggressive tool that cuts quickly, won't load, stays cool and has very long life. In addition, we manufacture metal bond form wheels for granite applications.

P.B.S.® Here's why P.B.S.® tools work faster and leave a better finish, without the grooves normally associated with electroplated tooling. The diamond particles are brazed to the substrate, chemically bonding the diamonds to the base. This produces a "recessed" bond, exposing more cutting edges of the diamond and opening pathways for swarf clearance.

Electroplating Electroplated bonds mechanically entrap the diamonds. Notice how the bond is raised between the crystals, restricting the flow of swarf and coolant.
