Holidays
Rest and relaxation are integral
component in every associate’s life. AT offers the following paid holidays:
○ New Year’s Day (January 1)
○ Spring Day (closed the Friday prior to the first day of Spring!)
○ Memorial Day
○ Independence Day (July 4)
○ Labor Day
○ Thanksgiving Day
○ Day after Thanksgiving
○ Christmas Eve (1/2 Day)
○ Christmas Day.
Plant Shutdown
The AT plant is traditionally shut down from December 24 through January 1, at which time associates receive full pay while sharing the holidays with their families.
Summer Picnic/Holiday Party
AT hosts a summer family picnic and a year-end holiday party for all associates. The summer picnic gathers associates and their families in an informal, festive environment. Associates and a guest celebrate in style for the holiday dinner party.
Fun Fridays!
On many Friday afternoons, AT associates are treated to free popcorn popped by Human Resources and other volunteers in an old-fashioned popcorn cart, birthday cake or a seasonal afternoon surprise!
Associate Luncheons
As a means of saying thank you for a top quarterly performance or when a holiday is approaching, AT associates are often treated to pizza luncheons, hot dog bashes, potlucks and ice cream socials.
