- Abrasive Technology, Lewis Center, Ohio, USA, is pleased to announce it has appointed Doris de Beer to its Medical Business Development team with global strategic responsibility for the company’s dental, podiatry, medical and personal care markets and product lines.
Mr. de Beer brings extensive experience in global business development, having previously expanded the international marketplace for Hu-Friedy Mfg. Co., working closely with dental distributors and leading dental professionals. Prior to that, he worked with Daum Corp, an innovative medical device company in Germany and the U.S., having established offices in Tokyo, Japan and Chicago, IL.
Mr. de Beer earned an undergraduate degree from Hogeschool Midden-Brabant, NL in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management in Evanston, IL.
