QUICKLY
The ROTATRIM™ machines are beautifully simple tools for swift precise truing, restoring and dressing of diamond and CBN abrasive wheels. Setting up time is absolutely minimal, simply involving mounting so that the unit may be fed into the wheel and oscillated across it.
EASILY
The ROTATRIM™ dressing wheel is brought into contact with the revolving face of the machine wheel until they are both spinning. The dressing wheel is then passed backwards and forwards across the face of the machine wheel.
Truing and dressing is complete as soon as the machine wheel has an even colour across its whole face - simple.
CHEAPLY
A ROTATRIM™ brand machine costs no more than a medium size diamond wheel. It is entirely self contained so costs virtually nothing to run. Yet the savings achieved by correct truing, restoring and dressing of expensive diamond or CBN wheels can be immense.
THE INSIDE STORY
The fully automatic braking mechanism is designed to restrict the revolutions of the spindle when it reaches optimum speed. The brake shoes have special long life friction linings and the drum is air cooled for efficient heat dissipation.
Maintenance is restricted to cleaning and occassional oiling.
