Quarterly Incentive Compensation

AT's Incentive Compensation Plan is fully funded by the Company and is paid in addition to an associate’s regular pay and benefits. The bonus amount is determined quarterly using a formula that takes into account the volume of products shipped and hours worked.

Annual Profit Sharing "Retirement" Fund

AT provides a fully funded, IRS-approved profit sharing retirement plan that is funded from AT profits. The plan is funded annually for up to 15% of an associate’s gross pay for each eligible associate. The contribution percentage is determined on an annual basis and requires 6 years of continuous employment to be fully vested in the plan.
