Our President/Owner meets with all associates worldwide throughout the year in small groups to directly answer queries and to share information on an informal basis.

Annual Business Review

At the beginning of each calendar year, the President/Owner presents all associates with an in-depth annual review of the business, the previous year’s performance and the current year’s goals and objectives.

Mid-Year Incentive Compensation/Profit Sharing Reviews

Similar to the Annual Business Review, associates are gathered mid-year for a review of the incentive compensation bonus and the status of the current year’s profit sharing program.

Annual Review of Performance and Pay

Associates are provided with an annual performance review, which includes the opportunity to meet one-on-one with their Coach to discuss personal performance, relative pay increases and goals and objectives for the coming year.

Open Door Policy

AT’s Leadership Team welcomes the opportunity to meet with associates at any time. As a Process-Centered Organization, AT entrusts its Associates with the ability to self-manage and make many day-to-day decisions. However, members of our Leadership Team (both for process improvements and personal coaching) are available at any time for consultation.

Global Intranet Website

In addition to our award-winning Internet Website (http://www.abrasive-tech.com), we continually update our internal Intranet Website. This site provides all associates information on each process team, its associates, goals, objectives and accomplishments. In addition, our Intranet site includes our company's annual goals and accomplishments and updates associates on general calendars, phone lists as well as local weather and proud pages for new associates, births, weddings…. the more personal side.
