What if my existing diamond or CBN tools are worn out?

Can I order standard products online without going through the custom quote process?

Yes — our Express Line® in-stock products (foundry tools, tool room wheels, lapidary tools, and industrial deburring products) can be ordered directly, with a $150 minimum order.

What is the process for developing a custom tool?

Our custom design process has four steps: (1) Contact our experts, (2) Collaborate with our sales and product development team on design & engineering, (3) Receive a quote precisely matched to your application, and (4) Development of a product built to set a new standard for quality and performance in your process.
